I'd like to encourage folks to share their constructive
ideas and concerns about the project 'Impact Warren' as well as
the website.
The most important player in this project is the community.
Nothing that the Mayor, the City Council or County Commissioners
(or anyone else for that matter) put in place is going to work
without the community on board. With the community on board, nothing
is impossible. There is a proud tradition of community support
for Warren and the surrounding areas.
