Welcome to Breeze Point Landing, a $50+ million dollar river front development project located directly east of Soldiers and Sailors Park in Warren, Pennsylvania. This vital, new venture will include Allegheny Point, 24 elderly apartments with commercial development on the first floor located on Pennsylvania Avenue and on the river front. Allegheny Point will have an elevator and be handicapped accessible for persons aged 62 and older. It will feature an air-lock entry system for energy efficiency and tenant security. In addition, Allegheny Point will have state-of-the-art geothermal heating/air conditioning, a community room for socializing and ample parking. Prices will be based on income, making them affordable to prospective buyers of varying income levels. Breeze Point Landing will also be home to 8 townhouses with 20, two bedroom apartments. The townhouses will feature energy efficient geothermal heating/air conditioning and have abundant parking in the common area.

West of Liberty will include office space as well as 24 two and three bedroom, market rate apartments which will be open to anyone, regardless of age or income. The building will be four stories high on Pennsylvania Avenue and five stories high on the the Allegheny River side.

In the future we will see a transit center with a hub for local buses and a maintenance department; an amphitheater IN THE park where residents can enjoy outdoor performances, river trails and bike paths; and a 20-40,000 square foot conference center with a main hall and breakout rooms adjacent to the river front as well as a connecting river view hotel with 150 - 200 rooms. We are very excited about this vibrant, new project and how it will greatly enhance the quality of life in Warren, Pennsylvania.
